Great experience from start to finish. Went in looking at a used boat and after seeing the quality and features on Sea Hunt decided to order a new one! Very easy process. Sales was not pushy at all, and very helpful with any part of the buying or shopping process!

I bought a Sea Hunt gamefish 27 In December 23 Although I had looked at probably 10 of these boats over the previous six months I was able to find the perfect boat at GSPS Marine, but I am really making this review is because of the salesman that helped me purchase this boat. I absolutely cannot say enough about the honesty professionalism that I was shown by Colby Simmons, this young man not only treated me with the upmost respect, but gave me the most helpful information before and after the sale he knew this Boat and its systems very well. He certainly is not your every day salesman. In a few years when Im looking to trade in my boat for something bigger better and faster there is absolutely no doubt in my mind I will be contacting Colby and this dealership.

Purchased a Sea Hunt boat from Gulf Shores Power Sports in September 2024. Could not have been more pleased with the process. Jimbo and the entire staff were excellent to work with. Would highly recommend giving them an opportunity!! Everyone was excellent to work with.

Most service departments tend to over promise and under deliver. I felt I was kept informed and that they were trying to replace my stolen motor as efficiently as possible. The quality of the work was exceptional. Overall as an experience of having my motor stolen I felt like they worked well with the insurance company, police, and me.

While in Gulf Shores from west Mobile, we dropped off one of our small motorcycles to be repaired at Gulf Shores Power Sports. We found the service rep to be accommodating and the service rep also provided us with Honda Generator information such as sizes and cost, which we requested. When we returned our motorcycle was ready to go and we also made preparations for hurricane season with the purchase of a new generator, which was in stock. We found the Gulf Shores Power Sports staff to be very professional and a pleasure to conduct business with.

Don was great! Got my special order trailer built and the process was super simple.

And my 3rd 32. Always dealt with PJ who has always made the process very easy but also has always been there post sale with any help or questions I have. Keeps me coming back!

My sister- gail Cash and Tim garner have bought several Jet skis from yall. Weve all shooed here for years. I was in twice lately for a battery and spark plugs. This was for my grandsons ski. James Mosley is always so friendly, makes it a pleasure to come in. Sometimes I could get things cheaper on like Amazon but because James is always so helpful, looking up and pulling any parts I need - I come there/ because of James Mosley! I used to bring my grandsons with me when they were younger. They would rather come in there and shop or just look and drool over all the toys/ than go to Waterville, etc

Anyway dont loose that employee/ James M!

James Mosely in parts is awesome. I have a Montesa trials bike (as well as a lot of Honda's). Nearly impossible to find parts for the Montesa until James realized that we can call up a parts fiche online, which lists a part number, and that part number works in the Honda parts system. He has been able to get everything that I need for this bike. Many things actually have to be shipped from Spain or France, but they always make it in a pretty short amount of time. James has gone the extra mile for me for years!

James and Jim in the parts/accessories department at (GSPS Marine) are always a great help. We are new to the boating/PWC community. Every time I am searching for accessories or parts for my (2023 SeaDoos') they help me find what I am looking for. They are polite, friendly, and always professional. I have been to your shop several times and James Mosley was really good. James pulled up 3 diagrams on my 2001 Roadstar and took the time to let me find what I needed. James checked 2 warehouses for availability and gave me the options. I sold Triumph parts for 2 years and I sold Honda parts for 26 years. I was a good parts salesman but James is a great one. I can't say enough about the quality of service from our GSPS Rep Colby, he answered all questions asked, even the ones the wife asked, he was very informative of our purchase,. If I ever decide to upgrade I will definitely be going back. You will not be steered in the wrong direction by Colby.

My family drove here from Ohio to buy yamaha fsh 255 since they had the best deal in the country and there weather was nice enough so so we could enjoy the boat for a week. Jimbo was super helpful with everything even helped us plan our trip while we were there.

This place is great. Bought a new Yamaha jet boat 4 months ago. We love the boat but it has had a couple minor problems that needed to be fixed. GSPS obviously didn't manufacture the boat so it isn't their fault, but they fixed it up each time so my family and I could get back on the water. One time they even borrowed parts from one of their boats and fixed the problem on the spot. That way I didn't have to wait for the part to come in, etc. I highly recommend Gulf Shores Power Sports.
