Most service departments tend to over promise and under deliver. I felt I was kept informed and that they were trying to replace my stolen motor as efficiently as possible. While in Gulf Shores from west Mobile, we dropped off one of our small motorcycles to be repaired at Gulf Shores Power Sports. We found the service rep to be accommodating and the service rep also provided us with Honda Generator information such as sizes and cost, which we requested. When we returned our motorcycle was ready to go and we also made preparations for hurricane season with the purchase of a new generator, which was in stock. We found the Gulf Shores Power Sports staff to be very professional and a pleasure to conduct business with.

Let me tell you…. Boat shopping is worse than car shopping. I narrowed it down to a few boats & Travis made my selection very easy. I ordered a 2023 Sea Hunt Gamefish 27 & took delivery today. Travis was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous & all the above. I can not tell y’all enough how easy my experience was with Travis & GSPS. Andy the Manager was top notch as well. I just recently purchased a 2022 Sportsman Masters 247OE from Jimbo Moxley at GSPS. As my second boat purchase, first not with GSPS, Jimbo Moxley and GSPS is what good looks like in marine sales. Jimbo always kept me in the loop, stayed on step ahead on paper work, and never gave me any hassle. I never felt like Jimbo was just selling a product but more like he was custom fitting a boat for me and my family and made the experience enjoyable as it could be. Since selling me the boat, he still stays in touch checking to see if everything is going well. I will be going back to Jimbo and GSPS for my next marine purchase!!

Our family is looking to get into the Jet Ski life. GSPS is a Yamaha dealer. We stopped in to look around. Chasady Laprade helped us. She took the time to give us good information.
